Brinet

Brinet is often referred by loved ones as being extremely resourceful and there for those who are in need. She’s a Brooklyn native. An attorney. A woman of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

She co-founded the Takin’ Chances Podcast to have an outlet to discuss her life experiences with her loved ones: Justin, one of her best friends from college, and her boyfriend: Quintin.

She understands the importance of amplifying voices, which is why she wanted to become a lawyer. However, in her personal realm, the Takin’ Chances Podcast gives her a chance to amplify her voice in an intimate setting.

Justin

Justin was born and raised in Connecticut. He is no stranger to both adversity and having a great time. Justin is the guy who isn’t afraid to speak his mind, or to live life by his own accord.

The self proclaimed wellness guru, Justin embodies self-care, and he continuously works on fostering good energy within himself, and among others.

With fellow Co-Founders: Brinet & Quintin, Justin wants to use this podcast as an outlet to share his experiences and foster in-depth conversations that will create continued dialogue amongst listeners.

By taking a chance through the Takin’ Chances Podcast, Justin aspires to be a voice to say and talk about topics that are most often unsaid, but needed in our society.

Quintin

Quintin is a Brooklyn native. Trinidadian-American. A Morehouse graduate. In his spare time, he enjoys giving back by mentoring and empowering young men through his organization, Chionesu Bakari.

He also founded Coquito Ice Cream, where he is the CEO/Artistic Creative Glacier Director, and specializes in the sales of coquito infused ice creams.

Quintin is the individual any team would want. Once he puts his mind to something, he will effectuate his vision.

For him, the Takin' Chances Podcast is relatable to everyone, as we all take chances everyday—whether good or bad.
